Getting started

Understand Noyo and your first steps.

What is Noyo?

Noyo is your lender. We review your profile, decide whether to approve your loan and set its amount and terms. Our partners provide debit cards for receiving your funds and making automatic repayments from the same card.

You stay in control: see the amount, repayment schedule, total cost and payout option before deciding. Completing your profile does not commit you to borrowing.

How do I get started?

Choose “Check eligibility” and complete the questionnaire. It asks about your country, income, regular expenses and the purpose of the loan. You can review your answers before completing the process.

Account setup is part of this journey. There is no separate registration form to complete before you get started.

Does checking eligibility mean I am taking out a loan?

No. Completing a profile is a request for a review, not acceptance of a loan. You should receive a separate offer explaining the amount, provider, full cost and payment dates before deciding.

A loan requires separate acceptance of a valid agreement with Noyo. You can decide that an offer is not right for you.

Which countries will Noyo serve?

Select your country in the eligibility questionnaire. Available products and payout options depend on your residence, local requirements and provider eligibility.

A provider’s card being accepted in a country does not automatically mean residents can apply for it or receive loan funds through it. Your individual offer confirms the options that apply to you.

Who approves and provides my loan?

Noyo approves and provides your loan. We assess your circumstances and affordability, set the amount and explain the full cost before you accept.

You choose an eligible partner debit card to receive your funds. We collect repayments automatically from that same card under your payment authorisation. A card being unavailable does not mean that the card provider has declined your loan.

02

Eligibility & review

Who can be considered and how the review works.

What are the basic eligibility requirements?

You need to meet the legal minimum age in your country, residency and identity requirements, and be able to afford repayments. Select your country so the relevant requirements can be considered.

Meeting the basic requirements does not guarantee approval. Your income, essential expenses, existing commitments and eligible payout options are also considered.

Can I be considered if I am self-employed?

The questionnaire includes self-employed people, employees, business owners, retirees and other circumstances. Choosing an employment category does not itself qualify or disqualify you.

Income is assessed automatically. We do not request payslips or bank statements as proof of income. Enter accurate monthly income and expenses in USD.

Will checking eligibility affect my credit score?

Any credit check, its purpose and whether it can affect your score must be explained before it takes place. Read the relevant notice and any consent request carefully.

Checking eligibility is not a guarantee of approval. The checks required depend on our lending criteria, the product and your country.

How long does a review take?

Review times vary with identity verification, the information provided and provider requirements. There is no guaranteed approval time.

Keep your contact details accurate. If more information is needed, check the request carefully and provide only the documents relevant to your review.

03

Your questionnaire

Prepare your details and understand what is requested.

What information should I have ready?

Think about your country of residence, employment situation, monthly take-home income, essential expenses and existing debt repayments. You will also be asked what you need support with.

Enter income and expenses in US dollars (USD). Use your own accurate details, and never include card credentials or passwords.

Why can’t I choose a loan amount?

The intended service begins with your profile rather than a calculator. Your income, commitments, needs and available products help determine whether an offer can be made and the amount it could include.

If an offer is available, it should show the proposed amount and eligible payout provider together. You can review the terms and decline if the amount or repayments do not suit you.

Can I change my answers?

Yes. Use the Back button to return to an earlier step and correct your answers before continuing. The final review step brings your details together so you can check them.

Before you continue, double-check your contact details and income figures. After email verification, saved application progress is linked to your account. Use Continue application to resume; allow changes to finish saving before leaving.

Do I need to upload documents?

You may be asked for proof of identity or residence, depending on Noyo’s requirements, your country and card provider requirements. Any request should explain which documents are needed.

Submit documents only through the channel specified in the request. Never share passwords, one-time codes or wallet recovery phrases.

04

Rates, fees & offers

Understand the amount you receive and what you repay.

What loan amounts and terms are available?

Loan options range from $300 to $1,500 USD, with terms of 6–12 months. Your individual amount and repayment period depend on your profile and the products available to you.

Approval is subject to eligibility, affordability and local requirements. Your loan is paid in USD and repayments are due in USD. Provider conversion fees may apply if you use another currency.

What does APR mean?

APR is an annual measure used to describe the cost of credit. In this illustration, the fixed nominal APR is 13%–15%, with a maximum of 15%. The illustrative monthly rate is the nominal APR divided by twelve.

The legally required cost measure can differ by country and must include applicable compulsory costs. In Brazil, CET includes relevant fees and taxes and is not replaced by this illustrative APR. Read Rates & fees for the calculation assumptions.

Is there an application fee?

Application and origination fees are set at $0. You should not pay an advance fee to someone claiming they can unlock a Noyo loan.

A card or payment provider may have separate issuance, conversion, account or network charges. Any costs required to obtain or use the proposed credit must be disclosed and included in the applicable legal total-cost measure before acceptance.

Can you show an example of the total repayment?

For the illustrative $1,000 loan over 12 months at a fixed nominal APR of 15% and no fees, there are eleven payments of $90.26 and a final payment of $90.24. The total repaid is $1,083.10, including $83.10 in interest.

The example assumes monthly periods, on-time payments and cent rounding. It is not a personal offer. Your agreement sets out exact dates, currency, taxes and any compulsory charges.

Can I decline an offer?

Yes. Reviewing a profile or reading an offer is not the same as accepting a credit agreement. Compare the total repayment, payment dates and provider terms with your budget before deciding.

If the offer does not fit your needs, do not accept it. Any cancellation or withdrawal rights after acceptance must be explained in the country-specific agreement.

05

Virtual cards & payouts

How providers, verification and receiving funds fit together.

How would I receive an approved loan?

Your individual offer identifies the eligible partner debit card, payout currency and payment method. The loan is credited to the card balance, not issued as a credit card limit. Funding follows acceptance of the agreement and completion of the required checks.

Review the provider, currency, charges and expected processing time before accepting. Card availability and funding options vary by country and account.

Which card providers are shown?

Our partners are KAST, Nexo, RedotPay, Crypto.com and Tria. Each provider has its own product, country and identity requirements. Noyo makes the credit decision. These partners provide card and payment services, not your Noyo loan.

Being listed does not guarantee that a provider will be available to you. Each partner has its own country, account and verification requirements. See Partners & payouts for more detail.

Can I use a card account I already have?

After your profile review, select an available provider and enter the User ID of your existing account. The account must be in your own name and linked to an eligible debit card.

The card must support both receiving your loan funds and collecting repayments under your payment authorisation. Eligibility and ownership checks apply. Never share your provider password, card security code or wallet keys.

Will the payout be instant?

No instant payout is guaranteed. Completion of identity checks, provider processing, currency conversion, account limits and network conditions can affect timing.

The final offer should explain the expected processing route and applicable conditions. Merchant acceptance in many countries is not evidence that loan funding is available everywhere.

Is this a credit card with a credit limit?

No. The card used to receive your Noyo loan is a debit card. The loan is credited as funds available to spend from its balance, not as a credit card limit. Your loan and repayment obligations are separate from the card.

The amount shown in your Noyo offer is a loan amount, not a revolving card limit. Card spending uses the available balance. Receiving the funds on a debit card does not remove the obligation to repay the loan under its agreement.

06

Repayments & support

Plan ahead and understand what to do if circumstances change.

When would my repayments be due?

Your agreement sets out each installment amount, currency and due date. Noyo automatically collects repayments from the same card that receives your loan funds, under your payment authorisation. Loan terms range from 6–12 months; the schedule in your individual agreement applies to you.

Before accepting, check that payment dates work with your income and that essential expenses remain covered. Ask Noyo about any unclear payment terms.

Could I repay early?

You can repay all or part of your loan early without a Noyo early-repayment fee or penalty. Contact support@noyofinance.com with the amount you want to repay and your intended payment date. We provide a settlement amount or an updated repayment schedule before you proceed. Full settlement includes the outstanding principal, interest accrued up to the settlement date and any other disclosed amount already due; interest for the remaining period after settlement is not charged. A partial early repayment reduces your principal, and the revised schedule confirms the remaining installments and interest. Follow the payment instructions provided and keep funds available for scheduled installments until the early payment is confirmed. Once full settlement is confirmed, no further loan installments are due. Separate provider service charges remain governed by the provider’s terms.

What should I do if I cannot make a payment?

Contact Noyo using the contact details in your agreement as soon as you anticipate difficulty. Explain your situation and ask about available support or repayment arrangements.

Keep a record of your request and any agreed changes. Do not take out another loan merely to cover missed payments without considering the total cost and your ability to repay.

How can I get help or make a complaint?

Use the support or complaints contact in your agreement for an existing loan or provider account. Include a clear description, relevant dates and the outcome you are seeking.

Keep copies of correspondence and your reference number. Never include passwords or unnecessary card details. Read Complaints & support for guidance on preparing your request.

How will my loan repayments be collected?

Noyo automatically collects repayments from the same card that receives your loan funds, according to the schedule and payment authorisation in your agreement. Keep enough funds available on that card for each due date.

Before accepting, review the installment amounts, due dates and payment authorisation. The debit card is the payout and repayment card; it does not provide a separate credit limit to cover installments. If your card is replaced, blocked or has insufficient funds, contact Noyo using the details in your agreement.

07

Account, privacy & security

Your account, your information and safer habits.

How do I create a Noyo account?

Start with “Check eligibility”. Account setup is part of the questionnaire journey, so you do not need a separate registration form.

Already have an account? Choose Log in and enter your email address. Confirm the six-digit code sent to your inbox. Noyo does not use passwords.

What should I know about my personal information?

Read the Privacy notice before completing your profile. It explains the information relevant to an eligibility review and what to consider when information is shared with Noyo or your card provider.

Check your answers before continuing and share only information requested for the review. Never enter a partner password, card security code or wallet recovery phrase.

How can I recognise a loan scam?

Be cautious of anyone promising guaranteed approval, demanding an advance payment to release funds, or asking for account passwords, one-time codes or a wallet recovery phrase. The Noyo application fee is zero.

Verify Noyo and its contact channels independently before entering an agreement. Stop if someone pressures you to send money or disclose sensitive information.

Can I change the language or use Noyo on my phone?

Choose your preferred language from the language menu. Changing the language keeps you on the equivalent page. The layout adapts to phones, tablets and desktops.

Switching language while filling in the questionnaire can clear unsaved answers. Form controls support keyboard navigation; use Tab to move, arrows to explore a dropdown and Escape to close it.
