Operator and regulatory information
Noyo is the trading name of Noyo Finance Ltd, incorporated in Mauritius, registration number C22186760, with its registered address at 37 Sir William Newton St, Port Louis, 11328, Mauritius.
Customer support: support@noyofinance.com. Privacy contact: privacy@noyofinance.com. These details identify the responsible organization; card providers are separate businesses. Availability depends on the permissions and product rules applicable in your country.
Scope and relationship with other documents
These terms apply to this website, the application journey and account services. Read them together with our Privacy Notice, Cookie Policy, Rates & Fees and Payouts Policy. The website is not an individual offer of credit.
A signed or otherwise validly accepted credit agreement governs your loan amount, rate, repayment dates and contractual rights. Mandatory consumer protections prevail over any conflicting website wording. Accepting cookies or verifying an email address does not accept a loan.
Who may apply
You must be at least 18 and meet any higher minimum age and legal-capacity requirements applicable to you. You must reside in a supported country, apply for yourself and provide accurate information. A country appearing in a selection list does not override licensing restrictions, eligibility checks or local product availability.
You may not apply in another person’s name, use false documents or conceal information material to affordability or identity checks.
From eligibility check to final decision
The first assessment is a prequalification based on the information available at that stage. It is not a guarantee, a binding promise of funds or a credit agreement. Noyo may request contact, address, tax identification, identity or affordability information before making a final decision.
The final amount may be higher, lower or unchanged, or the application may be declined. You receive one Noyo loan offer; choosing a card provider does not create a separate loan approval from that provider.
Email access and account security
Account access uses your email address and a verification code. Keep control of that mailbox and never share a code, password, recovery phrase or remote access with someone claiming to work for Noyo. A verification code confirms access to an email address; it does not replace identity verification.
Notify support@noyofinance.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may temporarily restrict access when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud or protect your account, subject to applicable rights.
Your information and corrections
Review names, address, date of birth, income, expenses and identifiers before submission. Tax and identity requirements depend on the applicable country and verification process. If information changes or a mistake is found, contact support before accepting an offer or requesting payment.
Providing information does not authorize unrelated marketing or optional analytics. Separate choices apply to those purposes.
Offer review and acceptance
Before acceptance, review the principal, amount to be received, interest and annual cost disclosures, monthly installments, repayment term, total repayment, fees, payment authorization and any cancellation rights. Ask for an explanation of anything unclear.
Accepting a final offer and authorizing automatic collections are distinct actions that must be recorded appropriately. A selected card, account identifier or preliminary approval alone does not mean that funds have been transferred.
Noyo and the card providers
Noyo is the lender and makes the credit decision. KAST, Nexo, RedotPay, Crypto.com and Tria provide eligible card or account services used to receive funds and support repayment. They have their own terms, verification requirements, restrictions and fees.
A provider account must be in your name and support the required operations. A partnership does not make every product offered by that provider eligible, available everywhere or covered by the same protections.
Permitted use and intellectual property
Use the service lawfully and without interfering with other users or the security of the platform. Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate others or bypass eligibility controls. You may keep copies of documents relevant to your own application and loan.
Noyo branding and website content belong to their respective owners. Partner trademarks identify their services and do not transfer any rights in those brands to you.
Availability, interruptions and liability
Maintenance, outages and third-party restrictions may affect access or transfer processing. Contact support if an interruption prevents you from reviewing a document or making a payment; keep evidence of your attempt. An outage does not automatically change repayment dates, and any agreed arrangement should be confirmed in writing.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes mandatory consumer rights. We do not promise uninterrupted access or guaranteed approval.
Governing law, disputes and updates
Applicable contractual law: Mauritius law, subject to mandatory protections applicable in the borrower’s country. Competent courts or dispute-resolution body: the competent courts under applicable law, without limiting mandatory local consumer dispute rights. Any choice of law remains subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. Consult the Complaints Policy for the first point of contact and escalation options.
Material changes will be identified with an updated effective date and communicated where required. Updating website terms does not by itself rewrite an existing credit agreement. Effective date: 2026-09-29.
Clear information for an informed decision.
