01

Affordability before approval

The review considers income, existing commitments, essential expenses and applicable verification. A request may be declined or a lower amount proposed. Do not borrow if repayments would prevent you from covering housing, food, healthcare or other essentials.

02

No pressure to accept

A profile is not a contract. Review total repayment, dates and every fee before accepting. Compare available alternatives and take the time you need. Never borrow to speculate on crypto, trade, gamble or repeatedly repay another loan.

03

If payments become difficult

Contact Noyo as soon as difficulty arises. Do not take out another loan solely to hide missed payments.

04

Fair treatment

Eligibility decisions should use relevant information. Check your answers for accuracy and request clarification from Noyo if you do not understand a decision. No access to a contact list, photo library or social account is requested.

05

Protection from scams

Noyo’s application fee is zero. Do not pay an advance fee, share a one-time password or disclose a wallet recovery phrase to unlock a loan.

06

Our role as your lender

Noyo is responsible for its credit decision and the terms of the loan it offers. The card partners provide payment and account services, not separate competing loan amounts. We assess the application before presenting a final offer; an initial prequalification is not a guarantee of funds.

Responsible entity: Noyo Finance Ltd. Questions: support@noyofinance.com.

07

Understanding your available income

When reviewing affordability, consider regular take-home income, essential living costs, dependants, existing repayments and irregular expenses. Use realistic amounts and disclose material changes. Income may fluctuate, and a payment that seems manageable today may be harder after a reduction in earnings or an emergency.

Do not borrow simply because an amount is available. Choose credit only when the planned repayments fit alongside essentials such as housing, food, utilities and healthcare.

08

Borrowing is not a solution to every shortfall

Credit adds a future payment obligation. It may be unsuitable for persistent deficits, repayment of other borrowing without an affordable plan, speculative investments or gambling. Consider reducing non-essential spending, negotiating existing obligations or seeking independent debt guidance before taking another loan.

We do not promise that borrowing will improve your financial position or credit score. Declining an offer is a valid choice.

09

Clear decisions and the chance to correct mistakes

An application may be declined or the amount reduced where information cannot be verified, affordability is insufficient or eligibility requirements are not met. You can ask for inaccurate information to be corrected and request review through support@noyofinance.com.

A request for review does not guarantee approval. Where applicable, meaningful information and safeguards must be provided for decisions made solely by automated processing.

10

Automatic repayments remain your responsibility

Repayments are collected from the same eligible debit card or associated account used to receive the loan, under a separate payment authorization. Keep enough available funds for each scheduled installment, including any conversion requirements. The funds credited to the card are a debit balance, not a revolving credit limit.

If the card is blocked, replaced or closed, contact us before the next payment. Revoking a payment instruction does not extinguish the underlying loan debt.

11

Support when circumstances change

Contact support@noyofinance.com if job loss, illness, a family emergency or another change threatens your ability to pay. Explain the expected duration and the amount you can realistically afford. We may need relevant information to assess an arrangement, but do not send unnecessary medical details.

Possible support depends on your circumstances, the agreement and applicable law. Any revised plan should explain its effect on timing, interest and the outstanding balance. Do not rely on an arrangement until it is confirmed.

12

Respectful treatment and additional needs

You may tell us if a disability, language barrier, financial difficulty or other circumstance affects your ability to understand or use the service. Contact support@noyofinance.com to request an accessible explanation or discuss an authorized representative.

Collection communications must be accurate, proportionate and respectful. Report intimidation, misleading statements or requests to pay an unofficial account through our Complaints Policy.

13

Independent help and urgent concerns

For independent assistance, consult a qualified local debt adviser or a recognized consumer organization: a recognized consumer or debt-advice organization in your country. Noyo support is not a substitute for independent legal, financial or debt advice.

If you suspect identity theft or financial abuse, secure your email and card account and contact abuse@noyofinance.com. Never pay a personal wallet or an “unlock fee” to release an approved loan. Effective date: 2026-09-29.

14

Automatic income assessment

Noyo assesses income automatically using application information and permitted checks. We do not ask you to upload payslips, income certificates or bank statements as proof of income. Enter accurate monthly income and expenses in USD. Identity verification is a separate requirement.

Clear information for an informed decision.

Lender & company information. Noyo is the trading name of Noyo Finance Ltd, registered in Mauritius under reference C22186760. Registered office: 37 Sir William Newton St, Port Louis, 11328, Mauritius. Support: support@noyofinance.com. Complaints: abuse@noyofinance.com. Privacy: privacy@noyofinance.com.

Loan amounts, rates & eligibility. Personal installment loans from $300 to $1,500 USD, repayable over 6–12 months. Fixed nominal annual interest rate (APR): 13%–15%, with a maximum of 15%. The amount, rate and term offered depend on eligibility, affordability, verification and applicable local requirements. You must be at least 18 and meet any higher legal minimum age in your country. Availability is limited to markets where Noyo is authorized to offer the product.

Representative example. A $1,000 loan over 12 months at a fixed nominal APR of 15% (1.25% monthly), with no Noyo application or origination fee, has 11 monthly installments of $90.26 and a final installment of $90.24. Total repayment: $1,083.10, including $83.10 in interest. This example assumes equal monthly periods and on-time payments; the final installment accounts for rounding. It is an illustration, not an individual offer.

Understanding the cost. The displayed nominal APR is the monthly rate multiplied by 12. At 15% nominal APR, the effective annual interest rate is approximately 16.08%. Statutory annual-cost measures may differ by country. Where required, your individual disclosure includes taxes and compulsory costs, including CET in Brazil. Noyo charges no application fee, origination fee, early-repayment penalty or late-payment penalty for this product. Any other legally applicable cost must be disclosed before acceptance.

Your card, payout & repayments. Noyo is your lender. Card partners provide eligible account, payout and repayment services; they do not set separate loan amounts. Your loan is paid into an eligible debit card or associated account in your own name as available funds, not a revolving credit-card limit. Repayments are collected from the same card or account under your payment authorization. Provider verification, country restrictions, currency conversion and card fees may apply. Transfer timing depends on completed checks and payment processing.

Make an informed decision. An eligibility check or prequalification is not guaranteed approval and does not commit you to borrowing. The final amount and conditions may change after verification. Review your agreement, installment schedule, total repayment and applicable cancellation rights before accepting. Keep sufficient funds for scheduled payments and contact Noyo early if repayment becomes difficult. Never pay an advance “release” or “unlock” fee, or share passwords, verification codes or recovery phrases to obtain a loan.
