How our partner flow works
Noyo is your lender. We assess your profile, approve or decline your loan and set the amount and repayment terms. Our card partners provide the services used to receive your funds and collect automatic repayments; they do not make the lending decision for your Noyo loan. After Noyo approves your loan, choose an eligible partner debit card in your own name. We transfer the funds after you accept your agreement and complete the required checks. Noyo collects repayments automatically from that same card on the agreed dates, under your payment authorisation. Card availability, identity checks and provider charges are separate from our credit decision.
Debit card funds, not a credit limit
Your Noyo loan is credited to a debit card as available funds, not as a credit card limit. Noyo automatically collects repayments from the same debit card that receives your loan, according to your agreement and payment authorisation. Keep enough funds available for each due date.
Country and product restrictions
Acceptance of a card at merchants does not mean residents of every country can obtain it. Nexo’s published card criteria focus on eligible European markets; do not assume availability in the Noyo markets. KAST, RedotPay and Tria have their own country and verification restrictions. For Crypto.com and every other partner, use only the eligible account and payout option presented in your application. Review the provider’s terms before connecting an account.
Timing and costs
No instant-payout guarantee is made. Verification, provider processing, supported currencies, network availability and account limits may affect delivery. A final offer must show provider charges, currency conversion and any compulsory costs in the legally required disclosure.
Your choice and consent
You should see the provider and account requirements before acceptance. No partner account is opened here. No partner credentials or wallet keys are requested. Any necessary disclosure or authorization for sharing data must be presented before a live transfer or partner application.
Digital asset risks
If your payout route uses stablecoins or crypto infrastructure, review custody, conversion, network fees, transfer irreversibility and the risk of loss of parity. Do not assume these balances have bank-deposit protection. Check the provider terms and local availability before accepting.
One loan, a choice of eligible cards
Noyo approves one principal amount. The list of cards shows potential payout routes for that same loan, not different lenders bidding for your application. A route marked unavailable cannot be selected for that application. Availability can change if account verification, country restrictions or payment capability changes.
The debit card is used to receive funds and support repayment. It is not a new revolving credit card limit, and this description does not classify every other product sold by a partner.
Account ownership and identifiers
Use an eligible account in your own legal name. Enter the User ID or other identifier exactly as shown by the provider and confirm it before continuing. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you and can receive and repay in the required way.
An identifier is not a password. Do not send login codes, card PINs, recovery phrases or credentials to Noyo support. A mistyped identifier can delay or prevent a transfer.
Before funds are released
Payment requires completion of the applicable identity and account checks, acceptance of the final credit agreement, and any required payment authorization. A screen showing an approved amount is not evidence that the card has already been credited.
The payment confirmation should identify the amount, currency, destination and transaction reference. Timing depends on processing cutoffs, verification and the provider’s systems; we do not promise instant arrival in every case.
Automatic collection from the same card
Scheduled installments are collected from the same debit card or associated provider account used for disbursement, subject to a valid mandate and supported payment capability. The authorization must identify the collection method, amounts or calculation rules, timing, notice arrangements and how to cancel the instruction.
Choosing a card or providing a User ID alone is not a complete payment mandate. Noyo must not collect an arbitrary amount outside the agreement or authorization.
Insufficient funds and unsuccessful collections
Keep enough spendable balance for the due amount and any disclosed conversion costs. A failed collection may occur because of insufficient funds, an expired or blocked card, provider restrictions or a technical problem. Contact support to resolve the cause and arrange a permitted payment method.
Any retry must follow the agreement, authorization and local rules: we notify you of an unsuccessful collection; any further attempt must stay within the scope of your payment authorization. Repeated attempts must not be presented as unlimited permission to debit the account.
Changing a card or withdrawing a mandate
Tell us promptly if you replace, close or lose access to the receiving card or account. A replacement route requires eligibility and ownership checks and, where necessary, a new authorization. Do not redirect a loan to a third party’s account.
You may have rights to cancel or challenge a collection instruction under local law and provider rules. Cancellation does not cancel the loan balance; contact support@noyofinance.com to agree how outstanding installments will be paid.
Transfer errors, reversals and disputes
If a payout is missing or incorrect, provide the reference, expected amount, currency and date to support. Avoid sending duplicate requests while a transfer is being traced. Whether a transfer can be recalled depends on its status and the payment network; recovery is not guaranteed.
For an unauthorized or incorrect collection, contact both Noyo and the provider promptly. Applicable dispute and refund rights remain available, including deadlines under local law or provider rules.
Provider protections and responsibility
Review the exact provider product before opening an account. Safeguarding, deposit insurance, dispute rights, digital-asset exposure and insolvency treatment vary by entity, product and country. Neither a familiar logo nor a partnership guarantees a particular protection.
Noyo remains responsible for its own lending and payment instructions; the provider remains responsible for its services under its terms and applicable law. Provider-specific notices: consult the selected provider’s official terms, privacy notice and fees before connecting the account. Effective date: 2026-09-29.
One Noyo loan. The same terms with every card.
Noyo is your lender. Your approved amount, USD currency, interest rate, term and repayment schedule stay the same whichever eligible partner card you choose. Partners provide the card or account used for payments; they do not set your loan terms. Separate card-service fees and account requirements may differ by provider.
Payments in USD
Your loan is paid in USD and repayments are due in USD. Scheduled installments are collected automatically from the same debit card or associated account that received the loan, under your payment authorization. Review the exact dates and amounts before funding and keep sufficient available balance for each due date. Accepting the offer or entering a User ID does not replace payment authorization. If a collection fails, contact support; any further attempt must follow your agreement and authorization. Replacing or closing the card does not cancel the outstanding loan.
Repay early, without a Noyo penalty
You can repay all or part of your loan early without a Noyo early-repayment fee or penalty. Contact support@noyofinance.com with the amount you want to repay and your intended payment date. We provide a settlement amount or an updated repayment schedule before you proceed. Full settlement includes the outstanding principal, interest accrued up to the settlement date and any other disclosed amount already due; interest for the remaining period after settlement is not charged. A partial early repayment reduces your principal, and the revised schedule confirms the remaining installments and interest. Follow the payment instructions provided and keep funds available for scheduled installments until the early payment is confirmed. Once full settlement is confirmed, no further loan installments are due. Separate provider service charges remain governed by the provider’s terms.
